I NEED GOOD IMMIGRATION ADVICE from SOMEONE who knows about '; MARRIAGE FRAUD '; to a U.S. Citizen?

My BELARUSSIAN (RUSSIAN) wife played me , got me to marry her %26amp; he recieved a CONDITIONAL RESIDENCE CARD valid for 2 years, then SHE DUMPED ME %26amp; left to another man, but we are still married. 2 years later, she applied to REMOVE the CONDITION on her 2 YEARS CARD , so to get the PERMANENT ONE. The IMMIGRATION asked her to SHOW PROVE that we were together(bills, lease, bank accounts in both names, ..etc), BUT she does not have NONE OF THAT, but she still applied ? What will the IMMIGRATION DO NEXT ??? Would they deny her, would they ask her for an interview (with or without me) ? How long will the procces takes to find out the final result %26amp; could she do anything (have a trick of her own) ? PLEASEEE NO JOKS, BUT KNOWLEDGABLE ANSWERS !!!I NEED GOOD IMMIGRATION ADVICE from SOMEONE who knows about '; MARRIAGE FRAUD '; to a U.S. Citizen?
If she does not provide the documents, the application will probably be denied. If you want to guarantee that, Write a letter to immigration (the same address that is asking for the documents) that says you want to ';withdraw your petition'; to give her residence because ';you believe that she married you just to get immigration benefits'; that she has ';abandoned the marriage and it was never a real marriage'; and you no longer want to sponser her.

They will probably send her an interview appointment. If you don't show up and she has no documents, she will be denied and she might be deported for marriage fraud.

The trick she could try is to claim you were abusive. If she has proof she could win.

the time it will take depends on where you live. go to www.uscis.gov and click on case status and processing times, choose the regional office for where you live and look under I-751 removal of conditions of conditional residence. The date that they show is the receipt date they are currently working on. That will tell you how long your application will take. For example, if the date is April 25, 2006, you know your application will take about four months.I NEED GOOD IMMIGRATION ADVICE from SOMEONE who knows about '; MARRIAGE FRAUD '; to a U.S. Citizen?
Well the laws are very clear on the subject. If you are fraudulent on any of your forms you fill out, you can be denied your permanent green card. AT any time. The process takes up to a year to get the permanent green card and all the paper work and proof must be filed with the immigration. If it is not then she will lose her right, to live in the USA.

You are in a rock and a hard place, you have committed a fraudulent act and have broken the law. She has also. I have work very hard to prove that my wife and I are here on truthful and lawful measures. You and your wife have deceived the USA immigration and once they find out it will make our process even harder.

The best thing you can do is to report her and turn yourself in. She will be deported and you will have to throw yourself on the mercy of the court. Maybe pay a fine... But I would if I were you get a good immigration lawyer. As they will caught her in her and you in your lie. They are not stupid and they are looking for this type of arrogance too. Best you come clean asap and get a good lawyer to help defend you. She should be on her own.
Sorry for ur loss. Yes the immigration dept will ask her to produce some proof but may not necessarily ask her to bring u along for teh interview. She can easily produce fake documents. Thats very easy.

Secondly since she is legally ur wife , even if she is not staying with u , she can get the resident status. So the best thing for u is to get legally separate and divorced as soon as possible.

U should do this to safe guard ur financial interests in the future as well.

Not staying together and not being married r two different things altogether LEGALLY.
When you applied for her Conditional status, she was issued an A Number. You should have some paperwork referencing that number.

Send a letter to DHS/CIS describing the sitiuation - when she left, what she said, etc. US residency/citizenship is not something someone should get from manipulating you or the system.

You brought her here; you should fix it.
check out www.immigrate2us.net ask your question there. you'll get some help.
why haven't you filed for divorce seem logical that she will not come back to you or are you waiting for leftovers ';its not thanksgiving you know'; i would notify the DHS ucis or your circumstances i also would recommend keeping an eye open for some consular officer to post her answer and go from there all is not lost and you might get that little useless sweet revenge
sorry to hear that, dude. Hopefully she gets deported and then she gets her a.ss whipped by a russian man. She'll beg to come back but you deny her!
